Windows 11 Sticky keys randomly turning on and arrow keys randomly activate search bar

The sticky keys on my computer randomly turn on. I have them turned off in settings. I do not know what triggers them, but I have to press the shift key and/ or hit ctrl+alt+delete to deactivate them. The computer will also randomly open the search bar in chrome when I am using the arrow keys to scroll. I have no idea why it does this. If I am not on chrome, the search bar on the windows taskbar will randomly open when I am using the arrow keys to scroll. I am very frustrated with my computer doing this and cannot imagine why it would be programmed to do any of this. Computer is a gigabyte lap
