Windows 11 Still Having High CPU Usage After Putting Antimalware Executable On Exclusion List

I'm running Windows 11. I noticed my memory usage is around 160+ for Antimalware Executable. I've tried adding it to the exclusion list, I've tried changing defender's schedule. Nothing seems to be working. I'm not going to turn off defender. Is there any other solution?
