Windows 10 Still having lock ups and slowness after re-installing windows 10 on boot.

I have done a bunch of fixes to get this working and thought i had it but I am still getting problems I never had before the windows re-install.Re-installing windows is like a technological journey to the center of the earth!!When booting up my computer stays slow and unusable for 30 minutes because I am constantly getting (Not Responding) and "WAIT" on windows.I have :Upgraded bios on mother boardrun Chkdsk , scannow, DISMupgraded driver for network adapter (Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller ) and NVidia graphics card.But it is still locking up for 30 minutes after boot.This shows what happe
