Windows 11 Stolen account no one is helping even responding

How do I get a account back? My main account which my PC is connected to and I sign in with was stolen and the email for resetting my password was changed. I filled out 8 fourms its been a week and ive called customer support 3x times everyone just said fill out a fourm. I never got a response to even one fourm.
