Windows 11 Storage confusion

While i was trying to add drives like d and e to my new laptop i found my this pc shows 366gb free out of 449gb while my disk management shows me that i can only shrink my c drive by 1551mb. Like what is this? And why is this and how to solve this. Someone please explain and guide me.
