Windows 11 Storage Issues

I have 237 GB storage on my pc. But the apps don’t show the actual storage. I have a few apps of MBs. But the occupied space is 25 GB. I have cleared all temp files and prefetch. I really need to get some space. On behalf of a ms community advisor, I installed this app “Treesize” to see the actual storage occupied. But why its showing me only 142 GB.
