Windows 11 Strange behavior of window manager

I have noticed a strange behavior on my computer. When I hold down the left Alt key and then press the Tab key, it opens the window manager as expected. However, when I hold down the left Alt key, then press the right Alt key, and then press the Tab key, it opens a very unusual window manager. I have dropped a video of the same....I am on windows 11 (22H2)Can anyone explain why this happens or what might be causing it?Video link:video.mp4
