I want to disable smooth scroll, and I attempted to disable it by going into System -> About -> Advanced System Settings -> Performance -> Settings, and disabling "Smooth-scroll list boxes," which as far as I can tell did nothing in any programs I use regularly (it seems I had to disable it in chrome instead, which is fine as it's one of the most common that I use).
