Windows 10 strange startup program by the name of 49 and fdc27cf0-...

I discovered his 2 weird program and immediately disabled them and alongside with the fact that i tried searching for them to no availand there is literally nothing in my startup folder(s) which brings to my next concern, where is everything that's still starting up?is there any way to remove them? as whenever i rightclick on them the options "open file location" and "properties" are both greyed out.
