Windows 10 Stuck in a infinite password loop where i am unable to sign in to any other accounts but my main.

YEP im in pain, but i have had this bug for multiple days where ill make a new account but when i go to sign into it and put the password in the page loops and asks me to put the password in again infinitely. (this happens with only applications and not web browsers because they all use the same system to sign in)things i have tried to fix it:restart my pcwsreset microsoft storesoft reset my pcreinstall microsoft store delete all accounts and adding a new one and much more.
