Windows 10 Stuck in login screen windows 10

Locked in my login screen after changing local password, wont recognize new password, wont take pin until sucssesfully log in with new password and keeps saying windows account password ir wrong, even after password reset many times. Tried all login options available, reseting windows account password many times, every old password I can think of. Any local solution requires a pen drive that ive never setup since i never had sign in turned on my windows, or asks for the local password that doesnt work to begin with.
