Windows 11 Stuck on BSOD after factory reset

I factory reset my 2.5 year old Microsoft Surface Laptop Go (Windows 11) and it’s been stuck on BSOD. No buttons work, trackpad/touch screen doesn’t work. Stop code is MACHINE CHECK EXEMPTION. Doesn’t even say a restarting %, it’s just completely frozen. What should i do?
