Windows 10 stuck on "its taking a but longer than expected but we'll get there as fast as we can" then black screen

I reset my pc and when I went to log in it said “User profile Service failed to sign in” so i booted into safe mode, it was stuck on the "its taking longer than expected..." screen and now its stuck on a black screen please help.
