Windows 11 Subscribed to window 365, now have Win 11 and Office 2120 Home and student

Had help from MS support removing 365 and installing Office 2021 that I punchased through Amazon. I have unlinked the cloud, which I don't want. Using Chrome and Gmail, using Google calender. Cannot save word and excel to pc. So frustrated. Wish I didn't need these programs.I have used MS support twice. Still don't have what I want.
