Windows 10 Subscription charges not showing up under subscriptions on website?

I have an unknown recurring charge under "Microsoft*Microsoft 365 425-6816830 WA" for $7.57 and i have no recurring charges posted on the subscriptions tab on the microsoft website under that same card. There is no info about how to dispute this.
