Windows 11 Sudden FPS Drops in games

Hello, So quite recently, I was forced naturally by windows to update to Windows 11. I was quite pessimistic, but then I read more about it and so I did not mind having it after ensuring that new update does not decrease your performance. Well, i hoped that's the thing, yet it was worse. After resetting my laptop due to performance issues, those are getting worse. The main game I was trying to speak about is something as simple as roblox. before, I was having stable 60fps on 2 graphics bars, where I never had sudden drops.
