Windows 11 Sudden reboot without a BSoD with data loss

While playing certain games, my display will freeze for about 2 seconds and then my computer will suddenly restart without displaying a blue screen or any kind of a crash report. I have noticed that after these crashes some new files will be deleted, and some deleted ones retrieved, as if the device rolled-back to an earlier state.I recreated these crashes several times (simply by playing a game), trying to determine the exact time of the crash to check logs:Using Event Viewer (Windows logs -> System) I was able to find some error messages concerning those crashes.
