Dear Community,I had the most unfortunate experience with Microsoft support. I went on live chat with an agent to try help me create a recovery point for my Windows. throughout the conversation he was vague and unhelpful until finally he tried to do something on my laptop (Remotely) which ended up formatting my external drive, deleting almost 1 TB of data!I have the chat of course and sent it with a thorough complaint to Microsoft. I was informed it was escalated to Tier 3 and they will contact me as soon as possible.I asked for a substantial compensation, not only for the cost of the technici
