Windows 11 Surface Book 2 - Windows 21h2 - Network Wifi says 'No Internet' but able to access webpages etc without any issue.

As per title.But with apps such as the Microsoft Store or GeForce Experience, I am unable to use these as it thinks my Surface doesn't have any internet connection when in actual fact it does? I'm able to browse websites through Google Chrome normally. I've tried a plethora of 'fixes' such as registry edits, policy edits, resetting network adapters, ips flush and a reset of Windows. But no luck - I continue to have this issue. I've somehow been living with this for a few years now and had no successful fixes.. Any thoughts / support would be great.
