Hello!
I recently purchased a Surface Pro 7 (i3, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD). Immediately after the first start, Windows began to update everything that could be updated. When the updates were completed, I ran into two problems.
1) Windows Hello sometimes cannot start the camera or it takes a relatively long time to start the camera, about 5 seconds. After this error, the camera does not work and I see a green screen in the camera application. This also causes the settings app to freeze when you click on "improve recognition" in Windows Hello. The problem only disappears after a reboot.
2) The system sometimes freezes. This can last for a few seconds, but sometimes the system freezes completely and only a reboot helps. I saw BSOD "machine_check_exception" several times. At the moment, I have tried windows recovery and even installed version 1909 from an old bootable flash drive. After that, the cases of errors became less frequent, but did not stop completely. Also I did a memory scan, tried different versions of GPU drivers.
