Windows 11 Surround sound only in video apps

Hi everyone,I set up my system with Dolby Access on my PC (Windows 11), connected to a Samsung soundbar passing through a HiSense TV.When I use Media Player for videos my soundbar receives Atmos signal ("Dolby Atmos" appears on the soundbar display) and the sound is perfect; I initially had problems with VLC as well, but after changing some settings in the app itself, it now also works perfectly.I only get 2.0 out of Windows itself (System>Sound>Properties>Format>Test), and 3.1 out of PC games (Despite the "Dolby Atmos" logo appears on the top left corner).Moreover, anything I play
