After re-installing my windows and updating it to latest build from my windows update I observed that my internet data was still being consumed by svchost.exe (netscvs -p) and svchost.exe(NetworkService -p). Fixes that I have already tried:- Tried to stop BITS permanently but it re-appeared within 10 seconds anyways. Setting my wifi to metered network. Disabling "send optional data" from privacy setting. Scanned using Windows Defender and Microsoft Safety scanner. Do you guys have any idea how to stop this. are u all also experiencing this? what can be the cause of this stuff?
