Windows 11 SVchost.exe not running/not showing in task manager on windows 11

I've been trying to find solutions to Elden Ring blue screening on windows 11 and I found SVchost.exe isn't always running, despite being required to use EAC for games like Elden Ring. Do i just have to turn my computer off and on again to get it to open or is there another way?
