Windows 10 Switched from a Microsoft, to a Local Account, now my User Account is in a strange place...Under a new Desktop folder...Is this fixable?

Apologies in advance for this lengthy post that probably could have been cut in half. I simply switched from my Microsoft (old username Tyler) Admin Account, to a Local Admin User account (LunaNova). It brings up the window for you to choose a local or admin account and name, password. I gave it the new name and chose Admin user. After successfully finishing this simple process. I restart PC. I'm looking at the folder tree in File Explorer glancing through and to the Users folder and notice my name is still the previous name. I go back to check my name in User Accounts and it
