Windows 10 Switching CPU Platfroms Help

Hello, I’m planning on switching from intel to amd(new cpu, motherboard and ram), and all I see is I should to a clean install of windows to get rid of all the intel drivers, but i have 3+TBs of files over 4 HDD and SSDs(two of each) on my PC, is it possible to do a full clean Install of windows getting rid of all intel drivers without backing up all 3+TBs to an external hard drive which is expensive as I don’t have one? If so how would I go about that?
