Running proexp send to TotalVirus worked 100%, needed to stop a process, had to elevate privileges to Administrator, running as administrator send to TotalVirus error "access denied". Running from flash, added directory exclusion still runs error, stop all antivirus still runs error. Installed systinternals app from Microsoft store on win11 and now new error "A device attached to the system is not functioning"
