Windows 11 System apps won't load up and wifi won't connect and can't troubleshoot.

Alright, so, I'm having problems with my Pc. I'm using windows 11 pro. A lot of problems have occurred. It started when my PC stopped identifying wifi and wouldn't connect to the internet. I thought it's because of an update, but it wasn't. I recovered my PC to 20 days ago, but it still didn't work. Then, for the last resort, I downloaded an app, and for that, I turned off my defender and connected my phone via USB. Then disaster starts, and my defender won't even load up, and I can't turn it on again. Then my system apps such as defender, calculator, media player and etc wouldn't open up too.
