Windows 11 System configuration failed to initialize

Hello I just want to ask if how to handle this problem on application , when entering the application there will a sudden message will pop-out. This is " Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue. The application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Configuration system failed to initialize.” Again how to fix this problem
