Windows 10 System crashed multiple times

I am using Win10 on my Lenovo laptop.


I have never faced any issues with BSOD before.


I do not have unwanted apps running, i have disabled many startup apps and the system in general runs gracefully.


However, the system is crashing frequently and abruptly with BSOD (it has happened 4 times now) from past 2-3 weeks.


I have not installed any app or updated any driver recently.


I just use my laptop to log onto workspot client and Avaya one-X communicator.


I just have my headphones plugged into 3.5mm jack and an ethernet cable from my broadband ISP.
