System crashes with the following error ucrtbase.dll corrupt file with error status 0xc000012f. I am unable to run windows update as well and that error is 0x8007370b. I ran sfc/scannow and it could not fix al the corrupt files. Can you please give some guidance on how to repair without having to reinstall Windows again? I am running Windows 11 Home
