Windows 11 System freezes randomly and has to be shut down to turn it back on but runs fine in safe mode

Hello i am reaching out for support because i have tried a lot of things for my system but the issue persists. I recently upgraded my system before this no issue like this occurred but i will label my specs. cpu: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K 3.19 GHzgpu: EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 motherboard: MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4ram: Corsair VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 64GBpsu: evga 1000w gqAs for the upgrade i changed the case to a fractal torrent added a 4tb ssd and changed cpu coolers to Noctua NH-D15.
