Windows 11 System having BSOD and random restarts during gameplays. Event Viewer:"rebooted from a bugcheck" and "Metadata staging failed"

For the past few months my computer has been very hard to use while playing games. It crashes in a concerning frequency while I am playing Valorant, Minecraft and Forza Horizon.I did some test on my computer with CineBench23 and AIDA64 (stressing CPU, GPU, NPU, memory and SSDs at the same time for 15mins), the computer seems to be fine on these test since it didn't crash. So I thought to myself it shouldn't be CPU's fault (it is a 13900K) or insufficient cooling.In the event viewer I see these bugcheck constantly:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
