Windows 11 System Power Report only showing Report Generated event

Something very weird is happening. I can't find any solution or similar occurrences online.When I run the sleepstudy report using: powercfg sleepstudy in cmd (admin), I get the report.The report is only showing one event, which is Report Generated.If I go to event viewer, I can see events related to entering and exiting Modern Standby, the reason for entering and exiting, and connected status.I can't find the reason for this.I have tried to run the power troubleshooter, but it didn't help with anything.EDIT: The SleepStudy folder in System32 has .etl log items. I can also see a sleepstudy-repo
