Windows 10 "System" process using CPU after PC is idle for approximately 10 minutes. Always the same thread "ntoskrnl.exe!SeAccessCheckWithHint+0x1c790"

"System" process after 10 minutes of being idleI don't know if this is a issue or something normal but its really frustrating, after 10 minutes of my PC being idle the "System" process will start using approximately 5-6% of the CPU and it would stay like that forever until i move my mouse or press any key on my keyboard. Using Process Explorer i've found it to be that the following thread is using the CPU: "ntoskrnl.exe!SeAccessCheckWithHint+0x1c790"
