Windows 10 System proxy settings not showing up and "connections" tab in "internet options" is also gone.

The windows system proxy settings has disappeared from the settings all together.Also the "connections" tab in Internet Options has also disappeared. The "connections" is also gone from the registry where many threads online say to change the value from 1 to 0 to fix this issue but it just doesn't exist.
