Windows 11 System Service Exception message while reverting to Windows 10

Yesterday I attempted to revert my computer back to windows 10, however I have been stuck on the “restoring your previous version of windows” screen for the past 24+ hours. Occasionally a screen comes up saying there’s a system service exception and the ntfs.sys failed, however I cannot get into my computer to fix any of these issues. Is there anything I can do about this?
