Hi! I've been experiencing a problem with System Sounds for a while now, whenever I change it's volume to below the highest(Master volume) or mute it when I close Volume Mixer it immediately goes back to the highest %.
I've tried:
The only fix that seems to work right now is leaving Volume Mixer open in the background, is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

I've tried:
- Disabling all sound effects and immediate mode
- Updating Audio I/O Drivers
- Disabling "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
- Toggling "Do nothing" in Communications
- Disabling and reenabling Realtek High Definition Audio driver(under Sound, video and game controllers)
The only fix that seems to work right now is leaving Volume Mixer open in the background, is there anything I can do to solve this problem?
