I need to run the Services application as administrator in order to fix a different issue I am having. However when I select the run as administrator option, literally nothing shows up (and I have tried on multiple different applications, including the command prompt). Not a second window, no error message, nothing. It just doesn't do anything. I have checked multiple times that my account is currently an administrator account and have done the "SFC /scannow" command in the command prompt to check for corrupted files and I am still not sure why I am not able to run anything as an administrator
