Windows 11 Task bar doesn’t work

I just installed windows 11 Version 23h2 update and my task bar doesn’t work I’ve seen a way to fix it is the click win + I but my settings won’t open either so my task bar doesn’t work plus the fact I cannot open settings. I don’t know what to do to fix this I’ve tried everything thing I can think of
