Windows 11 Task Manager at 100 percent disk usage when installing programs, opening programs or sometimes even when idle.

I've had this same problem for a while and tried multiple solutions, however none have seemed to work. Tried disabling Superfetch service and turning off auto windows update, yet still no reduction. Task manager shows that System also takes up a significant amount of disk usage when opening the programs or even installing windows updates. If anyone could help, it'd be great to fix this problem.
