Windows 11 task manager says i have 1 of 2 slots used but my laptop has 4gb soldered ram

i wanted to upgrade ram in my laptop but after some research i find out my ram is actually soldered to the motherboard, so i went into task manager and saw that it said "slots used: 1 out of 2" so im wondering if thats just a bug or is it actually upgradable?
