I don't know when it began or why it is doing this, but whenever I open Task Manager to check up my app's impact on my Acer laptop, it immediately uses all of my CPU until its total usage is 100%. It's currently not having any noticeable effect on my laptop, but it wasn't always like this.Just last year, My CPU would be at a fair 55% to 60% total usage if I was also using other apps, in which Task Manager would only take around 11% of my CPU.Just to clarify, it's only 100% CPU if my Task Manager is open.I am currently on Windows 11, and my browser is Brave, but both haven't been factors in thi
