Windows 10 Task Scheduler crashes

Hello. I was editing an xml for Task scheduler to import. I didn't notice I missed a digit in the date so when it saved it errored immediately. When I tried to start Task Scheduler it loops in a error. I deleted the file from system32 location but it still errors out. Is there another place to remove that info so Task Scheduler stops trying to reference it? See error below.
