Windows 10 Taskbar and Applications freezing when idle for about 20min.

My computer taskbar and applications keep freezing whenever i am idle for about 20 min, I have reinstalled windows, tried a new mobo, graphics card, ram, cpu, and power supply. i have ran sfc scan and dimm scan among other things but nothing has worked. Please help.


my current build is:

MOBO - Rog Strix B450-F Gaming

GPU - EVGA Geforce RTX 2060

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor

RAM - 16GB(2x8GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz

PSU - 450W Corsair CV Series

SSD - Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
