Windows 10 Taskbar, apps, search and downloads are not working after login in.

Hello,I have a problem occuring for a while now. When I login Windows 10, my taskbar is showing empty, search is not responding, my apps won't boot/start/open (Chrome works) and I can't download anything from my browser. When it usually happens, I restart the computer once or twice and finally boots without any issues. I noticed this problem happens when my computer is waking up from sleeping mode while I'm using Citrix for work. Also, if I shut down the computer after a good login, I don't get this recuring issue.
