Windows 11 Taskbar does not appear. Need help to avoid reinstallation of Windows.

Taskbar does not appear. If I take the mouse pointer at the taskbar area then Windows hourglass (circle) is shown. Windows key does not work except "win + l" locks the screen. I have already run "sfc /scannow" and "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth". Also tried recovery to last recovery point without any success. The issue appeared after a Windows update applied and laptop rebooted. I am on Windows 11.SystemInfo provides below:Hotfix(s): 5 Hotfix(s) Installed. [01]: KB5044033 [02]: KB5012170
