I am working on a Dell Precision 3560 on Windows version 20H2 OS Build 19042.2728. My computer is managed by my organization so I cannot easily modify things requiring administrator access. Issue Description: Mousing over the task bar on my Main Display causes it to pull up but it does not go back down. The taskbar will stay unhidden without shifting the windows to accommodate, causing the bottom portion of the active window to be blocked by the taskbar.
