Windows 11 Taskbar will not go away when playing games in Windowed(Fullscreen)

Games work fine in fullscreen, but have the taskbar visible on top of the game window in windowed(fullscreen). Game max native resolution is 3440x1440 and my monitor is 3840x1600. How do I fix this?
