Windows 11 TaskbarSi (very small Icons on taskbar) does not work anymore after update KB5022913

Windows 11 Pro 64Bit After install update KB5022913 the registry-entry TaskbarSi Value 0 does not work anymore! This entry should provide extra smaal icons on the taskbar.After installing the update , all items on the desktop were arranged in a different maner and, more important, the taskbar Icons are way bigger than before.Contacted Microsoft chat and was told that the issue was known and should be repaired in future. But after inspecting Windows 11, version 22H2 known issues and notifications there was no know issue about taskbar icons.Can anyone help me?
