Windows 11 Teams ignores Focus Assist on Windows 10 and 11

Hi there, I'm having an issue where turning on Focus Assist to either any mode will not block Teams notifications. Teams notifications still come through if I have on Priority mode or Alarms Only mode.Any suggestions?
